Cleanse hair without massaging the scalp, then towel dry. Wind hair in the desired manner, protecting the hair line with damp cotton wool. Apply the lotion, being sure not to exceed the maximum process time. Rinse hair for 5 minutes in warm water and apply neutraliser. See bottle for more indepth instructions.
