(A) First time highlights on natural hair or coloured
Preparation :
According to the structure of the hair and the desired result, mix Blondor Extra Cool Blonde with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9% or 12% or Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4% in a proportion 1+1,5 up to 1+2 in a non-metallic bowl.
Application :
Evenly apply the mixture skin lightening on hair that has not been washed. The time depends on the structure of the hair and the desired result. Follow the recommendations in the table below :

(B) Highlights on already highlighted hair
Preparation :
Mix 1 part Blondor Extra Cool Blonde and 1 part Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9% or 12% or Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4%, in the proportion 1+1,5 up to 1+2 in a non-metallic bowl.
Application :
Evenly apply the mixture skin lightening on hair that has not been washed. The time depends on the structure of the hair and the desired result.

(C) Treatment of ratoon/ application-whole head
Preparation :
Mix 1 part Blondor Extra Cool Blonde and 1 part Blondor Multi Blonde Powder with Welloxon Perfect 6%, or at most with Color Touch Emulsion 1.9% or 4%, in the proportion 1+1,5 up to 1+2 in a non-metallic bowl
Application :
Apply the mixture skin lightening on hair that has not been washed. Start application at the roots and does not lie on the lengths and ends for 3 to 5 minutes before rinsing. The time depends on the structure of the hair and the desired result.
